Privacy notice
Theatre seat reservations · version 2026-10
Rosehill runs this site to take seat reservations for its theatre productions. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Your name, email address and mobile number.
- If you choose to add them, the name, grade and section of your child or children at Rosehill.
- Your reservations: the show, seats, optional attendee names for each ticket, and payment status.
- Receipts you upload for online payments (GCash, bank transfer and similar), and the reference number you enter.
- Records of ticket check-in at the door.
We do not collect anything else, and attendee names on tickets are optional.
Why we use it
- To hold your seats, confirm your payment and email your tickets.
- To contact you about your reservation, such as a payment problem or a change to the show.
- To check tickets at the door and keep a record of who has entered.
We process this data with your consent, which you give when you create an account.
Who can see it
Only authorised Rosehill staff who manage the productions and payments. We use these service providers to run the site, under their own security commitments: Google (Firebase for accounts and data, Google Drive for payment proofs, Google Sheets for staff reports) and our email delivery provider. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Reservation and payment records are kept for one year after the performance for accounting, then deleted. Your account stays until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time. You can correct your details on your Account page. For anything else, contact the school office. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
